The people behind the data
Early in her career, Pivotal data scientist Sarah Aerni dove headlong into cancer research. She made an unexpected breakthrough that went beyond teasing out outcomes from data sets to thinking about the names, the people, and their motivations behind the data. It fundamentally changed what she saw in data and how she conceived solutions that served the people behind it.
We recorded Sarah talking about that revelation, and we’re happy to share it here.
Change is the only constant, so individuals, institutions, and businesses must be Built to Adapt. At Pivotal, we believe change should be expected, embraced and incorporated continuously through development and innovation, because good software is never finished.
