A powerful heritage
The Tanzu Tech Zone is the latest implementation of VMware’s Tech Zone platform, which is now used across all VMware product lines. Tech Zone was developed by VMware’s Digital Workspace team, who recognized the need to drive innovation in technical enablement and empower IT engineers to accelerate their learning and skills development.
The launch of Tech Zone for Digital Workspace was immediately embraced by VMware customers and quickly became one of the fastest growing web properties across VMware. It became so popular for our end user computing customers that, with the introduction of Tanzu Tech Zone, the platform has now been adopted by all VMware business units and has served more than 10 million content views.

On the Tanzu Tech Zone, we've made it our mission to provide you with the resources you need, wherever you are in your modernization journey. Tech Zone content is, as the name implies, technical. The platform is managed by engineers and is delivered with a “by engineers, for engineers” approach to ensure content is practical and effective.
