Accessing your private artifact repository
1. Create a Customer Connect account
If you don’t have a Customer Connect account, you need to create one. This account is key to initiating the onboarding process and allows you access to the gateway of your TSR subscription.
2. Become a Tanzu contact
Follow the outlined process to become a Tanzu contact, which enables you to create support requests. This step ensures that you have the necessary credentials to access and benefit from the Spring Enterprise Subscription artifact repository.
3. Assign as Tanzu Spring Runtime (TSR) technical contact
Make sure that your user account is assigned as an entitled TSR technical contact. This designation grants you the privilege to open Tanzu support cases and confirms your access to the Spring Enterprise Subscription.
4. Automatic onboarding
Once you've completed the steps above, the magic happens! You’ll automatically be onboarded to the Spring Enterprise Subscription for repository access. You will also receive a welcome email sent to the Tanzu Community Group site. It's that simple.
