Broadcom recently announced that Arrow Electronics will now be the sole go-to-market provider of VMware Tanzu CloudHealth. Arrow will provide sales, marketing, and technical support for Tanzu CloudHealth and enhance the user experience through streamlined accessibility, specialized knowledge, and personalized assistance. As a result, Tanzu CloudHealth partners and customers will continue to realize value from their platform investment while Broadcom continues to run Research and Development and invest further in Tanzu CloudHealth innovations.
“This agreement with Arrow makes sense on many levels. Arrow, with its deep experience in public cloud and broad global reach, will help grow the CloudHealth business and expand into new markets, and, at the same time, their dedicated teams will offer enhanced customer support and services to help existing customers maximize the value of Tanzu CloudHealth capabilities,” said Purnima Padmanbhan, vice president and general manager, Tanzu Division, Broadcom. “This allows Broadcom to focus on driving customer-centric enhancements with committed resources for new features and capabilities, equipping FinOps practitioners and cloud operations teams with the solution they need to continuously manage and optimize their multi-cloud environment.”
Foremost among these capabilities includes the upcoming availability of an enhanced and redesigned Tanzu CloudHealth user experience. With a new , modern user interface, these enhancements and redesign enable users to take quick action on pressing items across multiple clouds while informing decision-making with relevant contextual data that does not require additional navigation. FinOps and Cloud Operations teams will find it much easier to collaborate with all users by accessing the same data and a shared platform to effectively govern and optimize multi-cloud environments and implement FinOps practices across their organization.
“Arrow is pleased to build upon our strategic relationship with Broadcom by becoming the exclusive provider of the CloudHealth offering,” said Eric Nowak, president of global enterprise computing solutions at Arrow. “Our expansive knowledge of the Broadcom and VMware technology portfolios, combined with our deep experience in cloud delivery and management services, will help ensure a fluid transition for partners and customers leveraging the CloudHealth offering. We are excited about the opportunity to help them continue to grow their businesses and experience the added benefits of working with Arrow.”
“We are confident in our new agreement with Arrow and the expertise they bring to Tanzu CloudHealth. Arrow will provide a dedicated sales and support team for Tanzu CloudHealth and bring an expanded partner ecosystem to help expand our reach and market penetration,” continued Padmanbhan. “Broadcom will continue to focus on key investment areas for the product, including an enhanced and modernized user experience. This agreement represents a renewed commitment to ensuring that Tanzu CloudHealth remains a market leading FinOps solution while supporting customers in achieving business goals, providing a means to solicit feedback for product improvements, and aligning to the evolving needs of the FinOps team.”
