If you attended last year, you’re already familiar with the locations. We’re back in Las Vegas and Barcelona with the technical content, product expertise, and community resources that you look forward to every year.

- VMware Explore Las Vegas will take place August 26 – 29, 2024 at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center
- VMware Explore Barcelona happens November 4 – 7, 2024 at the Fira Gran Via

Call for proposals is open now
We invite you to add your voice to these diverse and innovative events by submitting your proposal to be an event speaker.
- Click here to submit a proposal for VMware Explore Las Vegas. Submissions will close at 5:00 PM Pacific Time on May 3, 2024.
- Click here to submit a proposal for VMware Explore Barcelona. Submissions will close at 5:00 PM Pacific Time on June 14, 2024.

What are some tips for a successful proposal? To increase your chances of being selected as a presenter, consider these points:
- Choose a compelling title and write an engaging abstract.
- Highlight the value attendees will gain from your session.
- If your topic spans multiple products or divisions, it’s even better.
- Make your submission relevant and appealing to the target audience.
- Coordinate with your peers to tell a cohesive story within your track.
Who can submit? The call for proposals is open to employees, customers, partners, and community members. Whether you are an industry expert, a customer with a success story, or a partner with technical expertise, VMware Explore welcomes your submissions.
Content tracks
Event sessions will fall into one of five content tracks: Software-Defined Edge, Cloud Infrastructure, Modern Applications, Innovation, and Networking, Security & Load Balancing.
Your favorite track, Software-Defined Edge, encompasses VMware Telco Cloud Platform, VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN, VMware VeloCloud SASE, VMware VeloCloud SD-Access, and VMware Edge Compute Stack. In this track, participants will learn how to harness the capabilities of our software-defined edge solutions to ensure the performance and security of IT and OT and the revitalization of core and RAN infrastructure. Delve into the three layers of the software-defined edge, including the edge compute stack for hosting applications and workloads, the intelligent overlay (SD-WAN and SASE), and the underlay network layer that facilitates network connectivity across both fixed and 5G networks for enhanced orchestration and network programmability.
