Denise is Director of Product Marketing for VMware’s Customer Experience and Success (CXS) business unit. She currently leads a team of product marketing professionals responsible for formulating and executing marketing strategy for the CXS portfolio of services. This includes Professional Services, Customer Success, Learning, and Global Support. Prior to VMware, Denise served in a variety of VP and Director roles at both emerging and established technology and consulting companies. She has a BS in Computer Science and was a software developer and a program manager prior to transitioning into software and services product management and marketing.
