Ahmed Al-Buheissi is a Staff Architect on the VMware Customer Experience and Success Outcome Engineering team, which standardizes consulting services offerings. His area of focus is with the VMware Cloud Infrastructure platforms, including VMware Cloud on AWS, VMware Cloud Director and VMware Telco Cloud. He participates in the development of customer solutions, comprehensive VMware Professional Services offerings, as well as VMware Success 360 accelerators. Ahmed also has a particular passion about operational practices in cloud environments, in areas such as integrated organization, people, and processes. Prior to joining Professional Services Engineering, Ahmed was a Senior Consultant with VMware Professional Services, where he was responsible for delivery of customer solutions and tailored infrastructure architectures.
