This year, I’ll be presenting a Tech+ tutorial on VMware Workspace ONE® Experience Workflows™ [EUS1366]. The best part? This feature is still in BETA. You will get all the details on a brand new Workspace ONE feature directly from the experts.
Session highlights
Single sign-on has drastically simplified logins for professionals in today’s IT-heavy world. However, “system portal sprawl” remains a challenge for most individuals. The myriad of systems and portals that most professionals use daily can be overwhelming. For example, approving expense reports, updating work tickets, entering hours worked and submitting time-off requests are often all completed on different platforms. A simpler employee experience can have a significant impact on productivity.
Workspace ONE Experience Workflows aims to streamline many of these tasks. Need to quickly approve an expense report while on the road? Workspace ONE Experience Workflows can do that. Need to log your hours in a hurry? Workspace ONE Experience Workflows can make that happen. Workspace ONE Experience Workflows are delivered to employees via VMware Workspace ONE® Intelligent Hub using the notifications framework to ensure easy access to the apps employees already use daily. Furthermore, IT administrators can create their own workflows to tailor the solution to employee needs.
Many common integrations are available immediately out of the box as soon as you activate Workspace ONE Experience Workflows. If you need something unique, VMware Professional Services can help you design and build a bespoke solution.
