Wanted – Your Troubleshooting Workbench Success Stories

When we launched vRealize Operations 8.0 last year at VMworld US, there was a lot of excitement for the new Troubleshooting Workbench.  This enables faster time to identify and resolve critical issues in your SDDC by using advanced machine learning to collect and correlate evidence related to an alert or any monitored object having performance issues.

If you haven’t seen the Troubleshooting Workbench in action, be sure to watch this video which walks through a scenario to analyze application CPU usage to not only identify the root cause but to also validate that the remediation performed actually corrected the performance issue.

However, if you have started using the Troubleshooting Workbench in your own environment, we want to hear from you and learn about your experience.  So, we have launched a contest seeking the best stories from our customers who have been successful in resolving problems with the Troubleshooting Workbench in their SDDCs.

To participate, simply follow this link for a short survey.  During the survey you’ll have a chance to tell your story, so be sure to think about this one carefully as we will select the top 5 stories (as judged by our panel of experts) and reward those customers with an Amazon gift card worth $100 USD.

Be sure to include details such as the nature of the problem, how the Troubleshooting Workbench aided you and the time and effort it saved.  We will take your submissions until February 15th and announce the winners by February 28th.

Don’t delay, fill out the survey and tell your story!Workbench time range is set to 2 hours before and 30 minutes after the alert triggered. The scope is still set to the default level 1.
