Iris Polit, Senior Manager, Education Services Global Marketing, VMware. With VMware since 2013, currently, Iris drives marketing strategy, programs, and content for VMware Learning. Her mission is to help VMware customers grow and validate their skills through training and certification so they can fully leverage all the opportunities made possible by VMware solutions. During the last two decades, Iris has held various marketing roles in IT and non-profit sector. Additionally, Iris regularly writes and speaks about brain hacking, personal branding, career transition, and thriving in the workplace. She is co-author of the best-selling book, Mastering the Art of Success, and has been featured on ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox.
