Starting May 2020, VMware Certification will be delivering the VCAP Deploy lab exams through a new delivery infrastructure at test centers. If you’ve taken one of these exams in the past, you may notice some changes—including how questions appear—but the exam process and specific lab environment will stay the same. This revamp will vastly improve issues related to latency, up-time, performance, and resource constraints within the lab environment.
At this time, the changes are only available for testing center exams and do not apply to remote proctored exams. Since they have a different delivery infrastructure than our other exams, they take additional work to enable for remote proctoring; however, we are doing that work now and hope to deliver them remotely soon. More details will be shared when they become available remotely.
