VMware Technology in Action: New vSphere Applied Skills Workshop
VMware vSphere: Advanced Troubleshooting Workshop [V6.7] – This five-day, intensive hands-on training workshop provides you with advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities to achieve competence in troubleshooting the VMware vSphere® 6.7 environment. This workshop is aimed at experienced system administrators and introduces methods and skills that use management command-line interfaces (CLIs) and VMware vSphere® ClientTM. This workshop focuses on investigating and resolving problems, analyzing log files to help you recognize log file entries that identify root causes, and configuring specific key vSphere features.
VMware Workspace ONE
VMware Workspace ONE: Unified Endpoint Management Troubleshooting [V19.x] – In this two-day course, you learn to investigate, analyze, and determine issues that might occur with all the different components of the VMware Workspace ONE® UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) platform. Troubleshooting is the backbone of service maintenance and management. Understanding how to effectively troubleshoot product issues enables administrators to understand how product services communicate and function—in turn optimizing service and software health management.
VMware Workspace ONE: Unified Endpoint Management Bootcamp [V19.x] – This five-day course is comprised of the three-day VMware Workspace One: Skills for Unified Endpoint Management course and the two-day VMware Workspace ONE: Unified Endpoint Management Troubleshooting course. You will configure and secure unified endpoint activation, registration, and resource integrations and learn how to integrate industry-recognized enterprise technologies with the VMware Workspace ONE® UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) console. Through a combination of hands-on labs, simulations, and interactive lectures, you also learn how to configure and manage the endpoint lifecycle. You will also learn to investigate, analyze, and determine issues that might occur with all the different components of the VMware Workspace ONE® UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) platform.

VMware NSX-T
VMware NSX-T Data Center: Install, Configure, Manage [V2.4] – This five-day, fast-paced course provides comprehensive training on how to install, configure, and manage a VMware NSX-T™ Data Center environment. This course covers key NSX-T Data Center features and functionality offered in the NSX-T Data Center 2.4 release, including the overall infrastructure, logical switching, logical routing, networking and security services, micro-segmentation and firewalls, and so on.
Access to a software-defined data center environment is provided through hands-on labs to reinforce the skills and concepts presented in the course.
VMware Horizon
VMware Horizon 7: Install, Configure, Manage plus App Volumes Fast Track [V7.7] – This intensive five-day, extended-hours course gives you the skills to deliver virtual desktops and applications through a single virtual desktop infrastructure platform. This course builds your skills in installing, configuring, and managing VMware Horizon® 7 through a combination of lecture and hands-on labs.
You learn how to configure and deploy pools of virtual machines and how to manage access and security of the machines. You also gain skills in application management using VMware App Volumes™ and VMware User Environment Manager™. You learn how to use App Volumes to deliver applications and data to desktops and users in seconds and at scale, managing application lifecycles from installation to update and replacement. You also learn how to use User Environment Manager to provide personalization and dynamic policy configuration across virtual, physical, and cloud-based environments to simplify end-user profile management.
