With cloud adoption on the rise, organizations are assessing their IT teams to determine if they are up to the task.
A recent IDC survey found a big connection between valid skills and successful cloud strategies. Nearly 90% of organizations with well-trained teams reporting being satisfied or very satisfied with their ability to monitor, forecast, and optimize server, storage, and network resources.1
Conversely, the survey also showed average-skilled cloud migration teams meet business and project goals <50% of the time. 1
