- Seamless on any Device: We have enhanced the responsive design for students to access the portal on any device, from desktop to tablets and smartphones.
- Enhanced user experience: It is now easier to manage your certifications, thanks to an improved user experience.
- Unified Platform: A consistent cross-platform experience makes it easy to navigate between your certifications and other credentialing touchpoints.
- Simplified Navigation: Finding information has never been easier thanks to the new, intuitive navigation.
- One-Click Convenience: With single sign-on, you will not need to remember multiple logins, saving you time and frustration.
Accessing the new Certification Manager Portal
- To log in to Certification Manager for VMware, please login to Broadcom User Authentication Portal.
- Enter your Username – Email ID (myLearn Username). This will enable you to login to your existing PearsonVUE and CertManager profile.
- Click on ‘Need help signing in?’ >> Forgot password? you will need to set your password as this is your first login. Follow the instructions to set your password.

In addition to managing certifications, you can connect to Pearson and register without a separate login.
- Log-in: Please follow the steps above to login to the Broadcom User Authentication portal
- Explore Exams: Click on ‘Schedule’, then ‘Vue SSO’. Selecting ‘SSO to Vue’ will connect you to the exam scheduling site. Click on ‘View Exams’ to review the catalog. then select the exam group to select from a comprehensive list of available certifications matching your schedule.
- Register: The streamlined process guides you through each step of the registration process ensuring you have all the necessary information to register quickly and securely. Once registered, you will be able to view the exam registration details in your Pearson VUE homepage.

You have passed the exam, now what?
Waiting for exam results can be an exciting and nerve-wracking experience. The anticipation of whether you have successfully achieved your goal can be overwhelming, but it is a true testament to your dedication and hard work. Your exam results will be available in your Certification Manager account within 24 hours of taking the exam. Candidates will receive an email from PVUE containing a link to their Score report and results in CertManager.
Downloading your certificate
From the homepage, select ‘Credentials’ from the left-hand menu. Click ‘Status.’ For any earned certification, select “View more >” as below.
In the upper right of the screen, select “Download Certificate.” Note: Specialist certifications don’t have this option available.
Ready to share via social media?
To share your digital badge, click on the ‘Share’ option in the left-hand menu. From there, choose ‘Credly SSO.’ Once you have logged in to the digital badge provider (Credly), you can access your proof of achievement. This will redirect you to the Credly site, where you can view all the digital badges you have earned.
