Working closely with the head of hybrid cloud engineering at T-Systems, the VMware Learning team conducted the complimentary Knowledge Skills Assessment (KSA) with over 100 individuals across EMEA to get a snapshot of current skill sets and compare those with the requirements needed to bring VCF to life in their FCI.
Over the past 2 years, over 150+ engineers and operators from T-Systems engaged in a blended learning approach based on their role, level and need. Engaging with 24-7 digital subscriptions and instructor-led private training created a blended approach which was crucial to providing scale and flexibility to such a large and diverse team.
