To enhance mobile device, Windows 10, and macOS management capabilities, the badge holder can configure Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, or a certificate authority with the help of over-the-air device profiles delivered by WS1. This badge validates deep understanding of how to implement and troubleshoot all components of Workspace ONE UEM.
The second badge is the VMware Workspace ONE Advanced Integration and Design Specialist 2019. You can earn this badge by holding a VCP-DW 2018 or VCP-DW 2019 credential and passing the VMware Workspace ONE Advanced Integration and Design Specialist 2019 Exam.
This badge holder is a technical expert that understands how to design, deploy, and support the ongoing management of a Workspace ONE app catalog. Achieving this badge validates a deep understanding of how to integrate and configure an identity provider, define the correct application access rights with the help of access policies, and how to achieve single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
Once you earn BOTH of the advanced Digital Workspace badges—by holding a VCP-DW 2018 or VCP-DW 2019 credential and passing both exams listed above—you’re eligible for the VMware Master Specialist Digital Workspace 2019 milestone badge. An architect who holds this badge knows how to plan, design, operate, and troubleshoot complex Workspace ONE environments.
Achieving this badge validates a deep understanding of device management, application distribution, virtual applications, third party identity providers, and multi-factor authentication solutions. The badge earner can plan and integrate Workspace ONE with a customer’s on-premise or cloud-hosted enterprise applications and resources.
