We’re thrilled to announce that the Design with Us sessions are back at VMware Explore 2023, and they’re bigger and better than ever! Building on the success of last year’s participatory design approach, we’re expanding our offerings to create an even more attendee-centered experience.

Our sessions aren’t about key speakers; they’re about YOU- your voice is valued whether you see yourself as a new or advanced user. We believe in the power of collective intelligence and the value of every voice. That’s why we’re creating playful, engaging opportunities for you to connect, learn from your peers, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products.

This year, we’re focusing on improving the user experience within our products and the customer journey at large. And we want to hear from you. Your insights, experiences, and ideas are invaluable to us. After all, who better to guide the future of our products than the people who use them every day?

Here’s what you can expect from the Design with Us sessions:

• Interactive and Engaging: Our sessions are designed to be fun and engaging. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in interactive activities, share your ideas, and learn from your peers.
• Influence Product Design: Your feedback will directly influence the design of our products. This is your chance to make your voice heard and contribute to the products you use every day.
• Practical Insights: Gain practical insights and best practices from customers who’ve cracked the code on addressing challenges like the ones many companies face.

Our Exciting Session Offerings

This year, we’re offering a variety of sessions under the Design with Us umbrella. Each session is designed to provide you with a unique, interactive experience. Here’s a sneak peek at what we have in store:

Design with Us in The Hub:

Illustrate Your Enterprise [DWS2753LV]

This year we’ve got something special planned in The Hub. Come to “Illustrate Your Enterprise” to watch our designers weave your stories into a tapestry of creativity. Come by our booth area to reserve your spot for an exclusive 20-minute artist session, just 140 attendees will get the chance to share their vision of the future —or just come by and vote on the board art to share which stories resonate most with you.

Design with Us Pods:

Each session here is designed to help you collaborate with your peers. There’s no focus group Q&A with Design, we will be creating the future together with our four topics-

1. Unleash the Power of Constructive Critique to Improve Customer Support [DWS2748LV]: collaborate with your peers and VMware stakeholders to redesign how we support you in this choose-your-own-adventure hands-on session with opportunities spanning In-Product Guides, Self-Service, Assisted Support, and Dedicated Support from VMware employees.
2. Join the Revolution to Shape the Future of the Multi-Cloud Platform with an Eye on AI [DWS2754LV]: users from all areas of the multi-cloud spectrum who want to maximize the suite’s full potential are invited to help build solutions related to consuming, maintaining, and managing your infrastructure.
3. Craft Subscription Experience: Co-Create Ideas for Subscription Efficiency [DWS2749LV]: If you play a role in the buying process for subscriptions or just want to enhance your cloud spending strategies, come build future solutions and learn alongside your peers as we explore challenges such as cost visibility, complex pricing models, usage insights, and managing multiple cloud subscriptions. 
4. Partners: Enhancing Your Business [DWS2752LV]: VMware partners will form teams around shared themes and tell their stories and ideas about how VMware can help their businesses be more successful. Themes include improving how you sell/upsell/cross-sell VMware solutions and optimizing how you manage subscription/consumption-based products, but you can also bring your own!

TAM Customer Success Central& Hands-On Labs
