This year, we’re shaking things up! We want to help everyone have fun, even the playing field a little, and most importantly, not add stress to your Barcelona visit.

Agenda
We’ll promptly kick things off on Tuesday, Nov. 5th at 6pm at Cahoot Coworking. That’s when our organizers will help assign our walk-ins to a team, or create new teams. Then, all teams will have until ~8:00pm to complete their project. If you want to have a little more time to work on a project and sync up with a team, please reach out via the Sign Up form, and we’ll be in touch.

Pro Tip: Between (6-8 pm), our brilliant judges will be walking around each table. This is your time to “sell” your idea. Take advantage of their time and ask for help, input or simply “network”. We invited these specific individuals to help judge this event because they truly love the community, and want to see you succeed.

Optional Walk-In Project
If you’re new to the Hackathon, or are struggling to come up with an idea, we’ll have a project for you to work on that will help you get involved. We’re currently putting it together, but it will be a great jump off point to ease you into leveraging some of the resources offered in the Developer Portal (SDK, API, PowerCLI). Just remember that we’re here to have fun. Don’t stress if you’re not a “developer” or are just starting out. You’ll be fine. You’ll be right at home with us.
Judging Criteria
Here’s what our judges will be looking for. The takeaway here is that all aspects of a project have equal importance. Everyone on the team has a role to play, regardless of experience.
