We are offering a self-service on-boarding option to VMware Cloud on AWS using your credit card – you can now set up your infrastructure in just hours and start leveraging VMware vSphere®, vSAN™, and NSX® running on dedicated, bare-metal AWS infrastructure.

- What type of deployments are available once I sign up?
You can deploy a single Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) with up to three hosts. If you need to expand this scale, please reach out to our support team.
- How will I be billed?
Your credit card will be billed monthly for your usage. You will be charged a non-refundable US$2000 charge once you deploy your first SDDC. This charge will be used as credit for your VMware Cloud on AWS service for 60 days. Any usage in excess to the initial US$2000 charge will be billed to your credit card. VMware Cloud on AWS pricing is available here.
- Can I purchase a 1 or 3 year subscription using my credit card?
No. Subscription purchases are not allowed using your credit card. Please use another payment method to purchase 1 or 3 year subscription, or request an exception by contacting VMware support.
- Who can sign up using self-service?
Any customer interested in a self-service deployment paid via a credit card can sign up. Self-service is directly offered by VMware and is not available through Managed Service Provider route or AWS resell route
