Password Management Updates
Several of the virtual appliances have moved from Photon v3 to v4 resulting in changes to the way password complexity and account lockout policies are configured as a result the relevant sections of each validated solution have been modified to reflect the new configuration files. The Intelligent Operations Management for VMware Cloud Foundation validated solution has updated the Deploy VMware Aria Operations by Using VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle for Intelligent Operations Management for VMware Cloud Foundation procedure to automatically configure the vSphere Anti-Affinity Rule and removed the manual step Configure vSphere DRS Anti-Affinity Rules for the VMware Aria Operations Appliances for Intelligent Operations Management for VMware Cloud Foundation.

General Availability of PowerValidatedSolutions v2.9.0
A PowerShell module that has been written to support the automation of many procedures associated with the implementation of the VMware Validated Solutions for VMware Cloud Foundation.
The module helps reduce human error, delivers consistency and robustness, and accelerates the time-to-deploy these solutions. The module’s cmdlets reduce complexity by automating the deployment and configuration steps using the product APIs or command-line tools.
