VMware Cloud Foundation

VMware Cloud Foundation at VMworld 2020

It doesn’t take Captain Obvious[1] to know that VMworld 2020 will be like no other VMworld ever before.  First off,  a VMworld 2020 is virtual and a general pass is FREE.  Although many of us will miss the ability to connect with customers, partners, friends and colleagues, the VMworld team is doing an amazing job of making the virtual event as engaging as any physical VMworld.

Did I mention that you can get a VMworld 2020 pass for FREE?  You can register here.

But like most VMworld conferences, as your are planning and registering for sessions the challenge that most of us have is that there is only so much time to take in all technology announcements, product updates and technical content and you’re certain to leave something behind.

This always creates angst and some very difficult decisions on how to prioritize your time and which breakout sessions you should register for and which sessions you’ll have to pick up from the proceedings once VMworld is over. This is the benefit of a virtual conference, especially one that has grown as large as VMworld 2020, featuring over 920 keynote, labs, birds of a feather and breakouts (175 Live and 745 On Demand) to choose from.

The VMware Cloud Foundation team is “leaning in” to the virtual format for VMworld 2020 to provide the broadest range of business and technology focused breakouts and keynotes that build upon last week’s launch of VCF 4.1 and VCF Remote Clusters.  What follows is a selection of the VCF sessions and links that you’ll want to add to your VMworld calendar, but you can find the complete list of VCF sessions here.
