William is Senior Staff Solution Architect in the VMware Cloud team within the Cloud Infrastructure Business Group (CIBG) at VMware. He primarily focus on Cloud Native technologies, Automation, Integration and Operation for the VMware Cloud based Software Defined Datacenters (SDDC). One of his primary responsibilities is driving VMware Cloud's (VMC) Customer[0] organization, which is part of the product development team and provide early feedback on the usability, design and architecture of new VMC features and capabilities. Lastly, through customer interactions he continues champion their challenges and needs to help further improve VMware’s products and services.
