Things change and schedules get busy. So, we’ve made the process to reschedule or cancel an exam as easy as possible.
- Login to your myLearn account
- Go to either “myEnrollments” or “Getting Started”
- Click on “Manage Exams” next to “Single Sign-On to Pearson VUE”
- Locate your exam appointment then select either “Cancel” or “Reschedule”
You must cancel or reschedule at least one business day before your exam appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling your exam after that forfeits your exam fee, as does simply not showing up (aka a “no-show”).
