VMDK files are not visible when adding using an existing disk, what could be the issue?
That depends! Sometimes this can occur with snapshot files (if present), but typically you should be able to see the disk files. It is possible that the descriptor file that provides data regarding the binary “-flat” file, is either missing or incorrect. This might require a call to VMware Support, but you can also look for descriptor information in our Knowledge Base.
I have been excited to know, what are the new features in SSO and its working in 6.0 and its difference from 5.5?

Will I not be able to access the ESXi 6.0 host installed on workstation via web client?
Only with a vCenter Server installed, there is no direct web access yet implemented.
What are the benefits of using NFS 4.1?
There are a multitude of benefits, but primarily the ability to multipath to NFS. A full set of benefits is dependent on the array providing the NFS, however the ability to multipath helps things like failover time and availability.
In our environment, we have a challenge in snapshot consolidation and we have to perform the storage migration and delete those files manually. Is there any change in 6.0?
Most snapshots should consolidate without a concern, if you are encountering ongoing snapshot consolidation concerns I would encourage a contact to our VMware Support organization. While we are always working to improve our VDDK API set for snapshot integration from external software (like backup appliances), I am not aware of specific improvements in this area.
What about the VM features like snapshot, fault tolerance, and other stuff like how much memory for single VM can support? Where can I get this information?

What are the new features available in vMotion in vSphere 6?
There are quite a few new features for vMotion in vSphere 6, many are explained here.
Can’t you take off vMotion flag from vmkernel(s) instead of using advanced Migrate.Enabled setting?
You can, yes. This would also be a way to refresh the settings
What is the Migrate Enabled all about?
This setting essentially allows vMotion to be enabled, or disabled. Cycling this setting can refresh vMotion capabilities.
We have one esxi host 5.1 which has 7 VMs. After a few days VMs on that hosts becomes very slow to the point that some of the VMs start giving error non responsive. CPU on host 50% only. Can you please suggest any troubleshooting steps?
This sounds like a storage concern. I would ask that we look for errors in /var/log/vmkernel.log. In that log you may find errors for reads and writes that are failing. The errors in this log can be investigated in the Knowledge Base or pursued with our technical support teams if available to you.
