Here is how you can prepare for our launch date on March 17:
- Register now and join us for the March 20 Kickoff vmLIVE.
- Replay the January 12 vmLIVE and leverage this overview deck to understand how the upcoming modified audit and renewal pause may impact your level attainment.
- Primary Contacts, by February 28, review this MODIFIED Audit & Renewal Pause FAQ document to ensure you are aware of the audit requirements that include completing foundational requirements by March 1. Note, if you have not already completed the Ethics & Compliance course, we encourage you to complete this new Partner Integrity & Transparency course that takes half the time and provides a better user experience.
- Primary Contacts, check your program’s membership renewal date.
- IF your program membership renewal date is between November 15, 2022, and March 1, 2023, it must be completed by March 1, 2023, so that you do not lose certain benefits. Note, if you are in a “mature” country, you will need to pay the membership renewal fee by February 28 and no partner (in “mature” or “developing” countries) will need to sign the CTA agreement.
- IF your program membership renewal date is between March 1 and August 31, 2023, note that your renewal date will be postponed to September 1, 2023, and no immediate action is required.
- IF your program membership renewal date is between November 15, 2022, and March 1, 2023, it must be completed by March 1, 2023, so that you do not lose certain benefits. Note, if you are in a “mature” country, you will need to pay the membership renewal fee by February 28 and no partner (in “mature” or “developing” countries) will need to sign the CTA agreement.
- Understand your program membership’s level attainment by accessing the Partner Connect Program Dashboard Preview leveraging these NEW user and video guides. NOTE: If you are having trouble accessing the new dashboard preview, ask your company’s Primary or Alternate Contact to reach out to the Partner Connect Live Chat Support Team to assign you access.
