Top 5 Ways to Prepare for the Evolution of Partner Connect Program

In mid-March 2023, we will launch the evolution of the Partner Connect program. The following training, resources, and actions identified will help you prepare for a successful transition.

  1. REPLAY the January 12 vmLIVE | Partner Connect Evolution Launch Prep
    To learn more about how the upcoming modified audit and renewal pause impacts your level attainment for next year, we encourage you to listen to the replay of the January 12 vmLIVE (soon to be available in the archives). Note, we will host additional training opportunities covering your FAQs leading up until launch.
  2. Annual Audit Process Action Required Before March 1, 2023
    The Partner Connect program’s annual audit process will be modified to check foundational requirements only. All audit requirements must be met before program migration on March 1, 2023. Download and review this MODIFIED Audit & Renewal Pause FAQ document to ensure you are aware of the audit requirements.
  3. Required Action if YOU Have a Membership Renewal Prior to March 1, 2023
    The renewal process will be paused from March 1 to August 31, 2023, to support the launch of Partner Connect’s program evolution. If your program membership is scheduled to renew prior to March 1, 2023, your Primary Contact must complete their renewal by this date.   4. Check Your Program Level NOW
    Leverage these NEW user and video guides to help you familiarize yourself with the dashboard to be able to actively check your level attainment.
