Multifactor Authentication Required to Access the Partner Connect Portal

As of November 11, you will be required to download a third-party authenticator app (Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, etc.) on your mobile device or use a browser app (totp.app) that generates a time-based one-time code to access the Partner Connect portal.

  • Multifactor authentication is a secure authentication method that requires users to prove their identity by supplying two or more factors when they log in to a portal.
  • By tying user access to multiple types of factors, multifactor authentication makes it harder for common threats such as phishing attacks and account takeovers to be successful.
