3rd Customer Success Accreditation is Now Available

Prepare for the upcoming Customer Success Specialization Competency now by completing all 3 accreditations – Customer Success Manager (CSM), Customer Success Architect (CSA), and the new Customer Success Expert (CSE) on Partner University. Reminder, in order to achieve Customer Success Specialization Competency, your company must have achieved a Master Services Competency, individuals must hold the 3 Customer Success Accreditations, and have a third-party industry recognized certification for at least one individual.
