The order cut-off time for the end of our fourth 4-4-5 fiscal quarter (Q4′ FY18) is February 2, 2018, at 6 PM Cork, Ireland local time (for international orders) and 6 PM Pacific time (for Americas orders).
Advantage+ registration requests, escalations, and related cases that are submitted by January 26, 2018, at 5 PM Pacific time, will be processed for Q4′ FY18. Requests, escalations, and related cases submitted after 5 PM Pacific time are less likely to be recognized within Q4′ FY18, as they will be processed on a combination of a FIFO model (first in, first out) and deal size.
