Take a look. VMware is adopting Dell’s fiscal calendar and is shifting from its current fiscal calendar to the 4-4-5 fiscal calendar. The 4-4-5 calendar breaks down the fiscal year into 4 quarters. Each quarter has 13 weeks which are grouped into two 4-week “months” and one 5-week “month.” VMware will commence its new Fiscal Year – FY2018 – on February 4, 2017 and usher in the new 4-4-5 fiscal calendar.
Q4 FY16 will close on December 31, 2016. Order cut off time will be December 30th at 6pm Cork local time for international and 6pm PST for Americas sales orders.
