Visibility Into Your Renewals Performance

The first 2014 cycle of the global Partner Renewal Initiative (PRI) launched this month.  Rolled out to our reselling partners in July, the PRI provides visibility into your renewals performance and ensures end-user support continuity. In this cycle, high-performing partners will be given access to additional expired renewal opportunities, ending the grace period for incumbent partners.
