Last Call for Submissions- The 2014 VMware Partner Awards

2014 is your year to shine in the spotlight – don’t miss your opportunity to apply for the VMware Partner Awards – submissions are due Saturday, November 30th, 2013. This year we have 17 categories to choose from including 7 for Solution Providers.  All awards are given at the global level with many also handed out at the regional level. Global winners are named and regional winners recognized at an exclusive half-day event held at this year’s Partner Exchange in San Francisco, February 10th – 13th, 2014.

This year’s global awards ceremony will start with the VMware Executive Forum and culminate with a networking reception.  The event is attended by top VMware corporate, channel and regional executives. You must attend this event to be eligible to win.

These prestigious awards are designed to recognize partners who are providing the most innovative and comprehensive solutions that empower customers to be more agile, efficient and profitable by virtualizing IT infrastructure—from the data center to the cloud and mobile devices.

Let vSphere with Operations Management Warm You Up This Season

This season, warm up to the many vSphere with Operations Management opportunities available to VMware partners like you. 3. Our exciting Cross-Sell/Up-Sell Program focuses on leveraging the renewal event to drive incremental licenses sales with channel partners. The program adds strategic value to customer sales engagements by leveraging our renewals sales team to drive incremental license sales, supported with customer analytics at time of support renewal. Learn more.

4. Financial Incentives: You can earn up to 35% additional margin when selling vSphere with Operations Management to customers: Up to 25% upfront for your Advantage+ registration and up to 20% backend with Solution Rewards. The incentives have all been extended until December 31, 2013 so act now.

5. Customer Incentives: VMware is offering 15% off for all vSphere with Operations Management Acceleration Kits and upgrades to all editions and Acceleration Kits, so use this promotion to sell to your customers. It is available until December 15, 2013, and details can be found on PartnerCentral. Additionally, there is a mini-grid campaign available which provides email templates and call scripts to help position and sell this promotion.
