Daniel joined VMware in 2015 and thrives as a post-sale account manager, most recently as a Support Account Manager (SAM) with VMware Premier Services as of 2017. He loves to challenge his customers the same way they challenge him, which he believes is necessary to drive their desired outcomes and advocate digital transformation. He provides our most strategic customers and partners with solution-oriented frameworks and key deliverables to accelerate support transformation.
