vCenter Support Assistant saves time reaching Support

VMware is proud to open a new beta for vCenter Support Assistant, a new free product that provides customers with an easy-to-use, time-saving application for filing new Support Requests & managing existing Support Requests.  It also allows customers to generate and upload vSphere and vCenter Server log files from within the vSphere Client.  The product is currently in Beta and is scheduled to be released in early Q1 2013.
