My VMware – the new, integrated, self-service, account based site – launched April 14th. Your feedback helped us shape this site and will be instrumental in making it great. For example, we heard we needed to refine some of our customer alerts and improve messaging on some pages. While there’s still progress to make, we’re happy to report these issues have been resolved.

- “My VMware … is, what is necessary to manage license, request evals, maintain your contracts. Best of all, we’ll be able to put them into appropriate self-created folder structure, which makes management even easier.”
- “Love the site but still need to get used to the new look and feel. Can you make it easier for me to get my download?
We also want to share that we have been facing some intermittent slowness and access issues during peak times. Some download links have not been working and some specific functionality has not worked on all browser versions. We are working on these issues and will continue to monitor and stabilize the environment.
