We recently performed an upgrade to both the hardware and software that powers the Knowledge Base here at VMware including new, more robust hardware located in a new datacenter, and a software upgrade.
You might notice these changes in the way things work:
- Streamlined the Main Page.
- A section called Top Issues replaces what was previously What’s Popular. It provides the same functionality, displaying articles that have been linked the most within the past 30 days.
- A new selection box that allows you to search based on Document Type, KB Article, Communities, or Product Documentation.
