I just wanted to add that the OS eComStation v 2.0RC6a also installs under VMWare ESXi V4. eComStation is the successor to OS/2 based on OS/2 Warp Server for eBusiness code but greatly aimproved. To note is that to enable SMP mode, you should use /PIC mode not /APIC as it appears this works with the virtualised BIOS.
Now to see if I can get access to the os2tools.zip file that has VMTools for OS/2 in it as mouse speed is dragging without this.
This response was sent from the virtualised eComStation.
Checkout http://www.ecomstation.com if you’re interested in this OS.
