The stage is set for EMPOWER Online Europe 2020 and we’re just weeks away from our showcase event for our partners in EMEA.
This is the event of the year for our partners, that allows us to share the same content that was originally developed for VMware’s very own internal sales and technical teams. EMPOWER is dedicated to Partner sales, marketing and technical enablement.
We really believe this year’s EMPOWER is even more relevant to partners than ever before. With VMware having made several major acquisitions, not least Carbon Black and Pivotal, the VMware solutions portfolio is evolving and we want partners to feel up to speed and understand the full breadth of VMware’s offerings.
It’s why VMware arms partners with exactly the same sales training as our direct teams – helping them to understand how they help their customers upgrade their business with the most advanced technology – be it Tanzu, Pacific, Kubernetes capabilities and much more.
As Yves Sandfort, CEO of VMware partner comdivision puts it “As a VMware focused partner we value VMware’s investment in my teams education. We try to bring as many of our tech and sales people to the event, not only to learn but also to network with other partners.”
Further explaining why comdivision align themselves so closely to VMware, Yves goes on to say “Take the Master Services Competencies as another example of how we really show our value to the customer… it helps us explain where the differences are when they engage with us and helps us move away from a product conversation onto a wider conversation about what their IT vision is, and how we can help them get there.”
