I’m happy to announce that the VMware Certified Advanced Professional 6 – Cloud Management and Automation Deployment (VCAP6-CMA Deploy) certification exam has completed the beta exam analysis phase, and is now available to be scheduled at participating PearsonVue testing centers.
Earning a VCAP6-CMA Deploy certification validates that you know how to deploy and optimize data center environments using vRealize Automation, and can provide a scalable and reliable virtualization platform for your organization.
If you took the beta exam, we are currently rescoring those results and expect to have your score to you within a few weeks. As always, a tremendous thank you for continuing to support the VMware Certification program.
Today we released the live (aka “GA”) versions of two of our VMware Certified Advanced Professional 6 (VCAP6) exams:
These exams can now be scheduled and taken at any participating PearsonVue testing center. They will also be offered in the onsite Certification Exam Center at VMworld 2016 (US and Europe) for 50% off.
We want to thank our VMware Certified community for helping us produce these exams by participating on job analysis and question writing panels, and by taking the beta version of the exam. For those of you who participated in the beta process, we are currently rescoring those results and expect to have your score out to you by the middle of August.
Editors note (2/5/16): Please note that we have reached our capacity for the VCAP6-DCV Design beta exam and registration has closed. There is still room in the VCAP6-CMA Design exam.
As we announced in December, we have been hard at work on the VMware Certified Advanced Professional 6 (VCAP6) beta exams. And now the wait is over! The following exams are now open for public registration, with first exam appointments beginning on February 15.
Available beta exams:
Only candidates with either a VCP6 level certification or a VCP5 level certification + a VCAP5 level certification are eligible to take these beta exams.
The VCAP Deployment beta exams are available via invitation only.
VMware uses beta exams to “field test” new exam questions with a live audience. These exams are offered at a deeply discounted price, participation is limited, and they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to popular demand, we recommend that you register soon. For more information and timing, please visit our beta exam information page.
