December Exam Processing Delay

We have discovered that exam results beginning Dec 20th are not processing through our systems correctly. Our support team is diligently and urgently working to resolve this issue and we appreciate your patience.

Due to limited support staff around the New Year’s holiday (December 31, 2015 – Jan 4, 2016) we ask that you please do not call our Certification Department or submit a case regarding missing exam results.

As soon as the support team resolves the issue, your exam will automatically appear on your transcript.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Hi VMware,

I completed my VCP-6 exam on 28-12-2015. And it is not appearing on MyLerning Portal.

I am holding VCP-5 which is expired on 30-12-2015.

Now the passed 2V0-621 exam is showing in the my learning portal.

But the VCP6 exam pre requisites/certification plan got changed..

Please help me on this, I upgraded/ renewed my VCP6 before expiring my VCP5..
