We have discovered that exam results beginning Dec 20th are not processing through our systems correctly. Our support team is diligently and urgently working to resolve this issue and we appreciate your patience.
Due to limited support staff around the New Year’s holiday (December 31, 2015 – Jan 4, 2016) we ask that you please do not call our Certification Department or submit a case regarding missing exam results.
As soon as the support team resolves the issue, your exam will automatically appear on your transcript.
