RevenueWell provides a patient marketing and communications suite for dentists everywhere. It currently helps over 3,500 dental offices to streamline their day-to-day operations, so they can get back to doing what they do best: provide quality dental care to patients.
But part of providing quality dental care is making sure patient data is only accessible to the right people. To do this, practices follow the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, or HIPAA.
Complying with HIPAA guidelines seems easy enough, but today’s multi-cloud infrastructure makes tracking and securing data difficult. Not all cloud providers are up to the task of staying HIPAA compliant. RevenueWell had an additional problem: it was outgrowing its old cloud infrastructure.
That’s why RevenueWell transferred its IT infrastructure to Armor, a VMware vCloud Air Network partner. Taking the burden of HIPPA compliance off of their shoulders, Armor provides RevenueWell the processing power it needs, the scalability it wants and the security it requires.
RevenueWell doesn’t have to worry about its underlying infrastructure or compliance because they’re already taken care of by Armor. The end result is simple: RevenueWell gains the time and the resources to deliver quality services to their customers. It’s enough to put a smile on anyone’s face.
“The fact that [Armor] protects my patient data, really allows me to sleep at night.”
-Max Longin, Founding Partner, Revenue Well
