There’s something of a cloud-native double feature coming up on Oct. 10 and 11: Open Fintech Forum in New York City and Cloud Foundry Summit Europe in Basel. Here’s a quick overview of what’s happening at each and how you can find out more at each conference about cloud-native solutions from VMware.

Open Fintech Forum: AI, Blockchain, and Kubernetes on Wall Street

In a quest for competitive advantage, Wall Street companies have always been early adopters of disruptive technologies, such as Kubernetes, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. Edge use cases are being developed and refined by Wall Street end users and open source communities working in tandem.

Join us at the Open Fintech Forum in New York on Oct. 10 and 11 for discussions around AI, blockchain, and Kubernetes. The Cloud-Native Apps BU will be showcasing our Kubernetes solutions —  VMware PKS and VMware Kubernetes Engine (VKE) — at the VMware booth at both events. Stop by our demo stations and see VKE and PKS in action. The demos show you how to examine Kubernetes components in real time using the vSphere Web Client; analyze deployed clusters using VKE and Wavefront by VMware; and view deployments in the VKE console and Kubernetes dashboard.

For more information, see the Open Fintech Forum 2018 web site.

Cloud Foundry Summit Europe: Container Solutions on Show

Cloud Foundry Summit Europe 2018, in Basel, Switzerland, brings the operators who consume the platform and developers who build the platform together into a single fan fest on Oct. 10 and 11. VMware is a gold sponsor, and VMware products will be featured in two talks.
