DevOps World | Jenkins World, the largest gathering of Jenkins users and DevOps practitioners, is expecting over 2,500 attendees in San Francisco this year from all over the globe. Hear from the creator of Jenkins, CloudBees CTO Kohsuke Kawaguchi, as well as CloudBees CEO Sacha Labourey and Chief Product Officer Christina Noren at the Tuesday, Sept. 18, keynote.

Additionally, DevOps World | JenkinsWorld will feature more than 100 sessions delivered by  DevOps and Jenkins experts, including a session by speakers from VMware VMware will be showcasing Pivotal Container Service (PKS) and VMware Kubernetes Engine at Booth 105 and hosting a Kubernetes technical course, pre-registration is required.

CI/CD with VMware Kubernetes Engine, Sept 17, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

In this technical course on Kubernetes, VMware’s Valentina Alaria, Director of Product Management, and Sean O’Dell,  Staff Cloud Solutions Architect, will show examples on how to use CloudBees Jenkins or vRealize Code Stream with VMware Kubernetes Engine (VKE) for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) scenarios. Workshop participants will have access to a pre-provisioned cluster on VKE and gain hands-on experience through the labs and live exercise.

 

CloudBees Jenkins with VMware Kubernetes Engine, Sept 19, 1:30 PM

In this session led by VMware and CloudBees, the presenters will describe how to utilize CloudBees Jenkins with VMware Kubernetes Engine (VKE) for Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) scenarios. The presenters will show a demonstration of CloudBees Jenkins running on VMware Kubernetes Engine (VKE).
