Summer is the season for containers and events! Below are our plans for conferences hosted by two of the major public cloud providers.
Google Cloud Next
Google Cloud Next 2018, July 24-26, is back in San Francisco. Join us where developers and the broader cloud community can dive deep into Google Cloud technology through sessions, code labs, and demos.
On the heels of our VMware Kubernetes Engine (VKE) and PKS 1.1 announcement, the Cloud-Native Apps team has big plans for the conference. We will be showcasing our certified Kubernetes solution, PKS, and our fully managed Kubernetes-as-a-service solution, VMware Kubernetes Engine, in the VMware booth #W1529. Our solutions provide a consistent Kubernetes experience for developers, giving them more operational flexibility and control.
In our POD talk scheduled for July 25,12:30 PM – 12:50 PM, “Container and Kubernetes Analysis and Monitoring with Wavefront”, Bill Shetti, Director of Cloud Solutions, will discuss how containerized applications managed with Kubernetes can be easily deployed onto PKS, VKE, and other Kubernetes environments.
Using a containerized application deployed in GKE, Bill will demonstrate how developers can use Wavefront to detect and analyze issues across their Kubernetes clusters, individual application pods, and cloud resources like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
