That’s why I couldn’t be prouder to share that VMware was just awarded the #3 ranking in the large company size category of IDG Computerworld’s 2018 Best Places to Work in IT, advancing from the #6 spot just a year ago, and vaulting from #26 the year prior. The list is based on extensive surveys of IT employees on employee satisfaction with management, benefits, workplace culture, compensation and job duties, as well as our offerings in career development, retention, the percentage of women and minority staff in IT management and mentoring programs.
This recognition is a tremendous milestone in our journey towards becoming a best-in-class IT trailblazer as we manage disruptive change at an exponential rate.
