Well, now VMware is expanding its program globally, and efforts are well underway in EMEA to make VMware an employer of choice for students. I know what you’re thinking – “intern” experiences go hand in hand with hearing words like “temporary,” or sentences that end in “…limited to full time employees.” These situations can make students feel diminutive when compared to those around them, taking away from the true intent of the internship; interning at a company is supposed to show you what it’s like to work there, while showing the company what type of an employee you would be. This has always been an important factor I look for in internship opportunities, and VMware strongly recognizes this value.
