Masaharu Kamoshita: I’ve learned that positive results can be achieved if we take our customers’ opinions seriously and respond to them as a team. My ability might be limited but by thinking positively in such situations, and getting help from the people around me, we can come up with a variety of ideas that are even better. This has sometimes resulted in better customer satisfaction.
