What do you enjoy about working at the VMware São Paulo office?
Employees extensively use Socialcast; our tool for collaboration purposes so there is a lot of interaction among our local and global teams. Socialcast is a simple, secure, enterprise microblogging platform that helps employees easily connect and share in real-time.
Our facility has a good cafeteria area that offers free snacks, drinks and a good space for employees to get together for the weekly team breakfasts provided by VMware. VMware has a culture that promotes work-life balance. This balance can be seen throughout our office in Brazil. I personally feel this is the best place I’ve worked and encourage people to apply for our opportunities.
