VMware Workstation 6.5.2 is now available
Hot off the presses is Workstation 6.5.2. The release includes support for new guest operating systems that many of you have been asking for. The list includes:
- Windows Vista Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2
- Asianux Server 3.0 Service Pack 1
- openSUSE 11.1
- Ubuntu 8.10
- Ubuntu 8.04 LTS
- Novell SLE11.0 (Experimental only because it was just released, but looks solid in Workstation)
We are experimenting with Fedora & Windows 7 Beta and would love to hear your experiences in the Workstation forum. In addition, this release provides support for Intel’s Nehelem Core i7 based processors for those of you luckily enough to have the latest and greatest hardware.
For those interested in all the details, read the complete release notes here.
