Announcing TAM Customer Central at VMworld 2012 (US)

TAM Day 2012 continues in its 8th year as the premier inaugural event to VMworld as an exclusive benefit to TAM customers on Sunday, August 26th. As part of VMware’s ongoing commitment to enhance the entire week-long VMworld experience we are pleased to announce VMworld 2012 TAM Customer Central. This new and exclusive TAM customer-only room is designed to ensure that TAM Customers have the best possible experience from Monday-Thursday during the conference.

TAM Ambassador Desk

The TAM Ambassador Desk is the focal point of TAM Customer Central. Customers will have this service available to help with logistics, meeting facilitation, and program inquiries. Have a question? Check with the Ambassador Desk in person or contact via phone or email.

Product Management Customer Roundtables

Product Management will have key staff available at scheduled times throughout the week ready to lead highly interactive discussions involving VMware solutions – current and future. Look for details and sign up at TAM Day.

Daily Jumpstart

Start your day at 7 am in the TAM Customer Central room to discuss your day schedule. Grab a cup of coffee and get expert and peer recommendations on where to go, what to see and more.

Daily Debrief

Join TAM customers, top bloggers, product managers and others for daily debrief sessions to discuss hot topics.

My VMware

The My VMware station in TAM Customer Central is the place to go for assistance with My VMware questions. Customers will have the opportunity to discuss issues and schedule a post-VMworld meeting for detailed assistance.

Professional Services

The Professional Services station in TAM Customer Central is the area to go for questions and information on Professional Services Consulting, Education and TAM Program.

Global Support Services

GSS will have representation and information available on GSS Premier Services. Additionally, GSS leadership will be available upon request for discussions.

Stay Connected

The VMware TAM Program will be very active on our social media channels during the conference and our exclusive customer events.
